Before we started the blog posts, I was very close minded about things. The blogs gave me a chance to become more open with things and write about what I feel. The blog posts will give future students the chance to also become more open with things. The blogs are a very unique type of work. It lets students use technology, the thing they love, to complete their work. I think the blog posts should continue throughout the years.
I have a small bucket list but it is a variety of big things.
1) Go to every continent
2) have a conversation with someone in Spanish
3) Meet Derek Jeter
4) Go on a cruise to Hawaii
5) Drive to Connecticut
Bullying is a rising problem that Is becoming more and more worse. Bullying is simply, attacking others physically or mentally. People can bully others by physical means or even bully others with words. Words are extremely powerful, they can destroy someone’s self esteem and hurt them from the inside. Teachers can simply just pay more attention to their students and watch them carefully. Parents can help prevent bullying by being more involved with their child about their life. Bullying in person is not very popular than cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is on the rise and it is very bad. Cyber bullying can get you in jail and can hurt others around you.
As you pursue life, you encounter different memories that bring you happiness, sadness and anger. As you get older, you intake different memories that can replace other memories. I feel that I would never forget about my acquaintances that I have met in my childhood. Most adults now have forgotten about their acquaintances in their childhood because they meet new people when they grow up. In your lifetime, you delete some of your memories so you can make room for the new ones.
I have always been very poor in Language Arts and with grammar all throughout my lifetime. The biggest problem I have is when to use can’t or cannot, haven’t or have not. Grammar is probably my worst subject to study.
If I had to choose someone to be my personal assistant for a week, I would definitely choose Albert Einstein. I have always wanted to meet him and I feel like he would be very reliable and helpful. I would ask Einstein to fix broken objects and I would ask him to tutor me in school and teach me how to make things. That week, Einstein would help me on homework, projects, and would tutor me for tests. Einstein would be a great tribute to my life and would effect me greatly.
If I had to write an alternate ending for Romeo and Juliet, it would all start at the decision to give the responsibility of delivering the letter to someone more trustworthy. Instead of giving Friar John the job of delivering the letter, I think Friar Lawrence would be a better choice to deliver the letter. If Friar Lawrence had to deliver the letter, then it would be a better chance to actually get to Romeo and Romeo would have known about the potion. Romeo would have come into the cemetery without the depression of his dead wife and not have to take his own life. Romeo would still fight and slay Paris in the cemetery but will live to see his wife to be awake. Juliet would awake to see her husband and they would run away, out of Verona, and live together with no disturbances.
If I had magic dust that would age me 10 years into the future, I would not breathe it in. Life is to precious to fast forward or skip. If I had the chance to go 10 years into the future to see what it was like then be able to return to my current life, then I probably would have considered it. In my view, to get “better” at something, you need to learn from your mistakes. For your life to be “better” in a way you will need to make mistakes and correct yourself. Childhood is something you will cherish forever, not something to simply skip.
Childhood is something everyone remembers. It is full of good memories and bad memories. In your childhood, that’s when you will probably see your first baseball game or go to a fun parade or even go on a vacation somewhere! My life is full of many amazing memories like going to baseball games or traveling to other states, but my favorite childhood memory will have to be when my friends and family threw a surprise birthday party for me at R&B sports world. R&B sports world is a child’s dream place, it has go-carting, miniature golf, batting cages, and Phazerball. Phazerball was my favorite thing to do while I was there. It was this game that is kind of like paintball but instead of using paint balls, you use rubber balls instead. I will never forget that place or that surprise birthday, it was such a great memory.
If I could invite any three people (living, dead, or fake), my decision would be extremely easy. The first person I would invite would be Topher Grace, better known as Eric Foreman from “That 70′s show”. Topher Grace is one of my favorite actors of all time. I feel that him and I would get along very well and I find him extremely humorous. The second person I would invite would most definitely be James Murray who is part of a show called “Impractical Jokers” which is one of my favorite shows. I find James Murray the most funny of the four adults in the show. The third and final guest I would invite would be Ashton Kutcher, I really like Ashton Kutcher as an actor and I think he has a great sense of humor. With all three of these actors together, I think they would all get along very well because they all have a great sense of humor. They all are hilarious and share the same hobbies. I think the best feeling ever is just having a good laugh, that’s why I would choose these characters.
